The Nexizo that is the data controller for your information is responsible for and may use your information for the purposes described in this policy. DATA SECURITY, INTEGRATION AND RETENTION

Nexizo takes the security of its user’s information very seriously. Nexizo protects the user’s information using bank-level data security: 128 bit-encryption and a TLS 1.2 protocol. This creates an encrypted connection between the user’s browser and Nexizo servers. All information always remains encrypted. Nexizo doesn’t store any banking information (username, password etc) in any manner

All information provided to Nexizo is stored on its secure servers whether outside or within

the Country. Nexizo maintains appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the personal information you provide against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use and other unlawful forms of processing.

Nexizo will retain your information as needed to provide you with services and as required by applicable laws. If you register an account with Nexizo, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with services. If you register an account, or if you are a recipient of our services, Nexizo retains your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you services. In addition, Nexizo may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its agreements.

Nexizo will also retain log files for internal analysis purposes.
