This October, Nexizo brings you exciting new features to make tender and profile management even easier. We have added tools that will help you filter information faster, keep track of your team’s activities, and make logging in more convenient. These updates give you more control and make your work smoother than ever.

1. Filter Your Data with Labels
Managing tons of data can be tough, but we have made it easier with Labels functionality for advanced filtering. Now, you can get custom labels for your tenders and profiles to quickly filter out exactly what you need. All you have to do is define the labels you need and share them with us. Our team will set them up, enabling you to quickly apply these labels to your tenders and profiles. So, no more scrolling through long lists!
How It Works:
- Create custom labels based on data points like product categories, project types and more.
- Segment data even more precisely for accurate data and opportunities.
- Send relevant data to the right team members or individuals.
2. Generate Detailed Reports for Your Team
Tracking how your team handles opportunities in Nexizo just got simpler with team and user-wise reports. Admins can now create reports that track individual user as well as team activities. This feature provides clear insights into every activity, helping you understand your team’s performance better.
How It Helps:
- Generate reports for each team and user.
- Track user activities and see who’s doing what.
- Filter by teams to focus on specific groups.
Steps to Get Reports:
- Log in to Nexizo.ai.
- Go to the Profiles tab and click the User icon in the top right corner.
- Select “Reports” from the dropdown menu.
- View and download user or team activity reports based on your filters.
3. Login Easily with Email + OTP
We have listened closely to your feedback and have made logging into Nexizo.ai even easier by adding Email Login with OTP. You can now log in to Nexizo using your registered email address and receive a one-time password (OTP) for secure access. This small change will make the process quicker and more secure.
