How to Download Multiple Tenders on Nexizo

Downloading multiple tenders at once on Nexizo is a simple process that lets you save time while managing tender data. Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Login

• Log in to your Nexizo account by entering your registered details.
• Authenticate using the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered email or mobile number.

Note: Ensure your registered contact details are up-to-date to receive the OTP.

Step 2: Go to the Inbox from Your Tenders MyList

• After logging in, go to your Tenders tab on the top.
• Go to the Inbox in the navigation menu on the left.
• This page displays all the tenders available based on your set preferences. From here, you can perform further activities, including selecting and downloading tenders.

Step 3: Select Multiple Tenders

In the Tenders page, there are two ways to select tenders for download:

1. Manually Select Multiple Tenders

• Use the checkboxes beside each tender to manually select specific tenders.
• Once you have made your selections, click Accept and Download at the top right.

2. Select in Bulk

• Use the checkbox at the top left corner to select tenders in bulk.
• A highlighted line will indicate all tenders available for download. You can download all tenders for the particular page or all tenders available in your list. 
• After selecting your option, click Accept and Download at the top right.

Pro Tip: Use filters or keyword search functionality within the Tenders MyList tab to narrow down tenders before selecting.

Step 4: Start Download

• After selection, a popup dialogue box will appear, notifying you that the download has begun and the request is being processed.
• The download request will then be processed.

Step 5: Track Progress

• To monitor your download request, click on View Request in the dialogue box.
• You will be redirected to the Request Dashboard, where you can view the status of your download.

Step 6: Automatic Email Notification

• Once the download is ready, Nexizo will automatically send an email to your registered email address.
• Open the email and click the Download Sheet button to download the consolidated tender sheet.
